Depart from Singapore and transfer through Woodland causeway. Breakfast at Johor Bahru and explore the Heritage Walk of Johor Bahru to visit one of the oldest bakery in town. Lunch by 1230pm, and drive to Klang the royal city and former capital of the state of Selangor. Dinner at Klang and overnight at Shah Alam.
Proceed to Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia and arrive early to experience Pudu wet market at its most frantic. Here you can get every imaginable type of fruit, vegetable, fish and meat. After lunch at Kuala Lumpur, we drive north to Ipoh - the capital city of Perak. Visit Kellies castle, an unfinished mansion built by Scottish Kellie 100yr ago. Check in hotel and dinner. Overnight at Ipoh.
Early wake up for the beautiful sunrise over Ipoh, a city surrounded by layer of mountain. After enjoy the breakfast, we drive north to Sepetang to learn about the traditional production of charcoal. After lunch, we roam around Taiping, a garden city with collection of flora and century-old rain trees in Taiping Lake Garden. Dinner and overnight at Ipoh.
Depart to Tangkak after breakfast and we arrive in Tangkak for the famous beef noodle. Proceed to Muar for the Malaysia best coffee for tea break. Visit a jetty at Muar at late noon to watch the wildlife of lesser adjutant, a stork bird that could grow 1.5metter at the seaside. Enjoy the breeze and sunset at West Coast, and ready for seafood dinner. Overnight at Muar, the royal city of Johor state.
Check out and have breakfast, and we head south west to Pontian town. Pontian is noted of the fishing village especially the fish market where the fishmonger practice silent bid by whispering the bidding price. After lunch, we will be heading back to Johor Bahru for a tea break before returning to Singapore.
