XA Travel programs are designed to bring the participant off beaten track to experience local scenes and activity. Some programs would start very early for photographers and nature lovers to experience brilliant sunrises and morning activities. The participants may also continue to stay on for the sunsets. We have created our programs with great care so that you get to spend more time to have meaningful interactions with the locals.
No. The tour programs are designed for all participants who want an authentic travel experience without the regimentation of a typical travel agency. The unique itineraries will bring the participants close to the local people and the environment (ideal for long lasting memories and friendships). The journey will also create a platform for people with passion to share and express themselves and understanding local culture, lifestyles and give back to the communities we visit.
XA Travel will arrange the visit to the local villages or schools during the tour. These villages are often poor and some form of simple tourism might help enhance their community. You may help enhance their communities by the simple act of distribution of simple stationary to the students or buying local handicrafts to support the cottage industry to be self-sustainable. This gesture is a small extension of our goodwill but may go a long way to promote the ties and relationships we develop with the locals. Participation in such activities are voluntary.

You may book the tour under twin share. XA Travel would try to pair you with another single participant of the same gender. However this is subjected to availability. If we are unable to put you on twin share, you will have to pay the additional course of a single room occupier.
Generally XA Travel would choose to stay at the best value hotels or the hotels that are closer to the destination if the tour program start early the next day. The standard varies depending on each travel program. We will do our utmost to ensure that the hotel provided are good, safe and clean.
